Cognitive Restructuring

Just because you believe something to be true, doesn’t necessarily mean it is so.

Why do I believe this is true?
Where did these beliefs come from?
What is it that is holding me back or keeping me from achieving success?
What can I do to change it?



Currently studying Psychotherapy , Cognitive psychology, Biological psychology, Counselling psychology and CBT and NLP. I believe in truth, honesty and integrity! ≧◔◡◔≦
