Christmas Planning – Day 8

Why wait until 2020 for your new years resolutions, start now!

There is no better time like the present to put you in a positive mindset for christmas and the new year than changing old habits or introducing new healthy ones.

Mentally prepare for change

  1. Exercise more
  2. Lose weight
  3. Get organized
  4. Learn a new skill or hobby
  5. Live life to the fullest
  6. Save more money / spend less money
  7. Quit smoking
  8. Drink less
  9. Spend more time with family and friends
  10. Travel more
  11. Read more
  12. Get a new job
  13. Take up a new hobby
  14. Learn a new language
  15. Share your resolutions with others
  16. Review your resolution regularly
