Why is it so hard to accept the truth?

These are some questions that you can ask yourself and find out that you are attached to ego and how it becomes obstacle for accepting the truth.

  1. Do you blame people and situations outside of yourself when things go wrong?
  2. Do you have trouble accepting other people’s opinions and viewpoints?
  3. Do you struggle to be vulnerable and real around other people?
  4. Have many of your problems been replaying the same themes?
  5. Do you fear that people who love you can hurt you or control you.
