While it will undoubtedly be too late to do anything by then, here are the first signs that your co-worker may be a know-it-all….

1. They don’t think they know more than you do, they know it.

The first tell-tale sign of this characteristic is their derisive snort whenever you speak.

2. They never miss a chance to show off their knowledge by contributing bits of useless trivia to a conversation even if those comments have absolutely nothing to do with the subject at hand.
