Getting back on track

For me getting back on track usually means …

  • cleaning up my diet
  • spending more time exercising
  • getting on my yoga mat more consistently
  • finding more time to spend with friends
  • clearly defining boundaries

Currently studying Psychotherapy , Cognitive psychology, Biological psychology, Counselling psychology and CBT. I believe in truth, honesty and integrity! ≧◔◡◔≦
