Take action

We’ll fight your corner

Stand up and speak out on the real issues that affect people with mental health problems every day. Because we won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.

Contact your MP

Your MP represents you in the Houses of Parliament. So it’s your right to tell them what matters to you and ask them to speak up on your behalf when laws and policy are being decided. You can help support any of our campaigns by contacting your MP and telling them why they can’t ignore mental health issues.

What’s your council got to do with mental health?

It’s your local council’s responsibility to help us look after our mental health. Just like they help people to stop smoking or prevent physical illnesses, they should be helping us to reduce things like stress and anxiety and improve our ability to cope with life’s challenges.

You told us that your wellbeing is important, but we know that not every council is making mental health a priority.

Join us – ask your councillor to make sure mental health isn’t forgotten in your local council.
